Where did your Hattrick team name come from?
Lilywhite means pure, it can also be used to describe the white color, real life club's Tottenham
Hotspur FC kit color! Cockerels is also a an obvious Tottenham Hotspur sign, on the team's official logo stands a white cockerel! FC stands for Football Club.
How did you discover the wonders of the THFC Fed?
I discovered federations while looking for supporter's feature. Did a couple of searches, THFC fed looked most interesting...
Why did you become a Spurs supporter?
Started out as a Liverpool fan for some strange reason...Chris Arsmtrong is the reason I switched to Spurs, he still is my hero
Favourite current Spurs player? Has to be Robbo! I always dreamed of playing as goalie.
Greatest ever Spurs player?
Haven't seen Hoddle or Lineker but I do remember Gazza the mad man. He was brilliant on and off the
pitch heh.
Worst ever Spurs player?
Rebrov. Just because he cost us so much and was utter shite.
Greatest Spurs manager? Bill Nic. Don't think I need to say more.
Worst Spurs manager? Obvious answer would be Gross but MY pick is Hoddle. Kept insisting on playing mediocre at best players and 532 is really not the tottenham way.
What has been the high point and low point of the current Spurs season for you? Low Point - Failure to reach europe, again.
High Point - Jol's appointment as manager.
What was the first Spurs match that you saw? (WHL and TV) It was on TV cant remember who we played but I do remember Chris Armstrong scoring.
What is the most memorable Spurs match you have seen and why? Not a great match by any means but, hey, we won the cup! (91' cup final). only goal scored by Nielsen.
What was the worst Spurs match you have ever seen? 5-3 against manyoo...3-0 up at half time Do you own any Spurs football shirts? What designs?
Currently I have only last season's yellow/navy "thomson" shirt. Used to have "amstel" white with arstrong's name and number on back.
Favourite Spurs shirt design? Upcomming season's shirt looks quite good actually.
If you could sign any current Premiership player for Spurs who would it be? Midfield being our weak point, Frank Lampard, the complete midfielder.
If you could sign any current world player for Spurs then who would it be? Andrea Pirlo. super midfielder.
Spurs Tactic - can Defoe and Keane ever play together? Could 4-3-3 ever work for Spurs?
I think Defoe and Keane should play together in fact! If we play Kanoute/Mido just inftont on them that is. That way all the long balls would be sent towards the big guy who would lay them down to either Keane or Defoe. We'd have to use a super midfielder in the center tho, Davids maybe?
Do you have a job in real life? What is it?
Full time soldeir with the IDF (Israeli Defence Force). Mandatory 3 years...
What did you do with your spare time, before HT? I've completed a 2-year college before the army so i was pretty busy even tho I started playing hattrick during the summer break.
Can you tell us about your best and worst day in HT? Worst day was day 1 this season, lost 7-3 away to a team that turned out to be muhc stronger than I
predicted. Best day was when my young goalie trainee got his first U20 cap.
What has been the highlight of the Hattrick season for you? Double away win against a team with 50+ rating difference
Do you have a favourite Hattrick player and why? (That's an actual player and not manager) My main goalkeeper trainee; Hadar Strull. Pulled as a solid 17 y/o keeper on the 1st week two seasons ago, Has popped to ET lsat week and is currently Israel's U20 2nd choice keeper (will be #1 next season).
If you had the chance,what one thing would you change in HT? Regional cup for lower leagues.
Everyone makes a newbie mistake when they start HT, what was yours? Training 25 y/o midfielders, changing training every half a season or so...
What position do you train? Have you always trained the same position?
Currently I train Goalkeepers. Used to train midfielders and defenders.
Who has been your HT inspiration?
Il_Luce (Atletico de Vrancea (34447), II.2 Romania)., DEfender trainer. Being romanian born and training defenders at the time, I asked this guy training related questions which he then answer with complete dedication. Went to win U20 world cup some time ago with romania.
Have you had any rivalries with other Hattrick managers? I've been in the same league for 6 straight seasons. Maccabi Madrid has always been there and he finished above me every single time except for last season when I won the championship and auto promoted.
Who is the biggest muppet in the Fed and why? Haven't been in the fed long enough to tell.
Who makes you laugh in the Hattrick world? (either Fed conference or elsewhere) Anyone who says midfield is not the most important part of the game.
Hattrick Tactic - what did you make of the Fed Cup final? How would you have played that match? (MatchID=39669507) Both teams are defender trainers, both played CA. The winner had a huge rating difference which practicaly won him the game. There are no other tactical choices for defender trainers...lets say the loser team would be a goalkeeper trainer like me. Then I would use the 253 with winger towards middle. That way my midfield would create many chances for my 3 man attack while leaving only 2 at the back since the only attacks the opponent will get are counter attacks and I should have an amount of attacks 2 times bigget than his. I would also use a high level set piece player - only the goalkeeper's skill counts VS set piece skill.
Favourite joke? Two guys on a double bike where pedaling up a hill. It took forever to get to the top. When they finally
got to the top the first guy said in a pant, "whew, that was so hard." The second replied, " if I hadn't been pushing the brakes the whole time we would have rolled down backwards.” Reminds me of my hattrick team, two steps ahead and three backwards.
Do you have a favourite football chant that makes you laugh? Cant think of one right now...
What is your favourite Book? "Ender's Game" by Orson Scott Card.
What is your favourite TV show? Dont have time for TV these days...I prefer watching sport shows when I do get some spare time.
Do you play any other good online games? Yep, I like to play Ghost Recon and Enemy Territory. Both are first person shooters with the first aiming for tactics rather than the usuall run and gun.
Best movie of the year? Hmm, "Million Dollar Baby". Clint Eastwood is brilliant.
What was the last album you bought? Good, bad, indifferent? Erm pirates "buy" all of my albums he he. Best one I've accuired this year is "Bunkers 14 - Hardcore
