How many seasons have you played Hattrick? I started in V.67 in season 15, so 11 now.

Honours? V.67, IV.9 twice, the impossibly competive III.13 three times and II.3. As for the Cup, I haven’t got beyond Round 10 so far……

How did you find Hattrick? An old workmate, owner of the Mutant Accies, introduced me to Hattrick. I thought it looked pants so I didn’t take it too seriously at first, hence my ridiculous team name.

Where did your Hattrick team name come from? Nothing to do with toys or crisps, it comes from a Joe Satriani song, Mystical Potato Head Groove Thing.

Any significance for your teams strip? As close to the Spurs strip as I could get. Haven’t updated it to emulate this season’s horrendous Spurs kit yet…..

How did you discover the wonders of the THFC Fed? Probably through a search, but it’s possible that TeeKosey pestered me into joining.

Why is the THFC Fed your favourite? Very active, good use of the poll feature and a decent level of response to any question, whether about Spurs, Hattrick or something else. And then there’s the Cup that I can never enter!!

Any suggestions on how the Fed can be improved? Let me in the Cup. Just keep a spot free for me in the Semis ;-)

What other Feds are you a member of and why?

HAM Users International - no idea why, it’s dull as arse.

Webl - Webl is an online boxing game, I’m now retired but still keep in touch with my former sparring partners.

Hard to find - a must, for any buyer/seller at the top end of the market.

HT-Hampshire Federation – Used to be fairly lively but now quiet. I can’t really leave them as I’m the honorary no.1.

Why did you become a Spurs supporter? When I was very young, I was a Leeds “supporter”. Somehow, I thankfully mixed up the strips and converted to Spurs. The lure or Waddle and Hoddle probably.

Favourite current Spurs player? Paul Robinson, we’ve suffered some real crap in goal lately but he is awesome. He’s fully committed to the club, to boot.

Greatest ever Spurs player? My head says Blanchflower but my heart says Klinsmann. Never seen football like it, under Ossie, probably (hopefully) won’t see it again. Nayim will forever be held in the highest esteem for what he did to the Scum.

Worst ever Spurs player? So many to choose from!! It has to be Paulo Tramanezzi, he was shocking.

Greatest Spurs manager? Bill Nicholson, gotta be. Martin Jol has the talent to push him, hopefully.

Worst Spurs manager? Christian Gross. My oh my, I was at WHL when Chelsea put six past us.

What has been the high point and low point of the last Spurs season for you? High point was doing the double over Everton, I hate them with a passion. My low was our Cup exit to Newcastle, having played them off the park.

What was the first Spurs match that you saw? I think it was Nottingham Forrest, we lost to 1-0.

What is the most memorable Spurs match you have seen and why? Away at Southampton in the FA Cup. We were practically dead in the water at half time and came back to demolish them in extra time.

What was the worst Spurs match you have ever seen? That home game to Chelsea, 6-1 home defeat.

Do you own any Spurs football shirts? What designs? I only have the 60’s retro one.

Favourite Spurs shirt design? The old style Holsten shirt.

If you could sign any current Premiership player for Spurs who would it be? Thierry Henry. He is the best, despite who he chose to play for!

If you could sign any current world player for Spurs then who would it be? Kaka, pure class.

Do you have a job in real life? What is it? I’m currently having six months off work. Used to work for the Countryside Agency in London but they offered me a vast amount of cash to go away.

What did you do with your spare time, before HT? Fishing, golf, diving, power boating, poker and er…. drinking.

Can you tell us about your best and worst day in HT? Plenty of highs but winning auto-promotion to the Premier has to be the one. I genuinely thought it impossible for anyone who started the game late. I’ve had some shocking defeats in the game but none that really stand out.

What has been the best improvement made to Hattrick and why? The new coach system is a massive improvement on the old lottery style system.

What has been the highlight of the Hattrick season for you? I still enjoy making any high profile transfer signing, there’s nothing quite like it.

Do you have a favourite Hattrick player and why? (That's an actual player and not manager) Nope. No real characters in my current team, thankfully.

Who has been you best recent Hattrick signing and why? My two strikers: Pratts (Extra-terrestrial, head) and Accorsi (Supernatural, quick). This is the killer combination for strikers, guaranteed to keep your opponents guessing.

If you had the chance,what one thing would you change in HT? I’d fully randomise the Cup draw, from Round 2 onwards. Never playing in my 110k stadium is ridiculous.

Everyone makes a newbie mistake when they start HT, what was yours? My worst was playing my striker trainee in defence in my friendlies and wondering why he wasn’t improving – d’oh!

What position do you train? Have you always trained the same position? I train to improve my team, making cash is a bonus. I’m currently on winging and passing. I’ll switch to set pieces for the closed-season and then scoring for next season.

If you were giving advice to a new Hattrick player now, what would you say? Unlike me, get a training regime in place. Preferably playmaking, which will reap early divends for your team’s performance.

Who has been your HT inspiration? No one.

Have you had any rivalries with other Hattrick managers? I’ve still got a couple of old league rivals, any encounter with Zavarano, Tarsier Utd or Fear the Fro is guaranteed to get spicy.

Who is the biggest muppet in the Fed and why? Do we let muppets in?

Who has been your inspiration or mentor in Hattrick? Completely self-taught and inspired. Where I can, I take the mould and break it. I train passing, I train old players, I do things most people shouldn’t but it works.

Who makes you laugh in the Hattrick world? (either Fed conference or elsewhere) GM-Jameseh is a genuinely funny bloke.

Favourite joke? Peter Crouch playing for England.

Do you have a favourite football chant that makes you laugh? Not really, I’m one of those annoying football fans that watches the game, really intently, oblivious to anything going on around me.

What is your favourite Book? Anything by David Eddings.

What is your favourite TV show? MOTD

Do you play any other good online games? Battrick and Soccer Project, neither of which really inspires me.

Christina Aguilera or Britney Spears in nothing but a Spurs home shirt, you can only have one, who would it be? Aguilera, she’s a dirty little minx.

Best movie of all time? Forrest Gump *hangs head in shame*
