How many seasons have you played Hattrick? This is my 7th full season.
Honours? Won series VI, V, IV all once and my best in the cup is the last 16.

How did you find Hattrick? By luck. I played a fantasy football league and just missed out on a £5k prize on the last week of the season. The following year they changed the prizes and so I was looking for a new fantasy league and along popped hattrick and I was instantly hooked.

Where did your Hattrick team name come from? From an old nick name 'foscotanner'.

Any significance for your teams strip? Nope. The colours looked different together.

How did you discover the wonders of the THFC Fed? I signed up to supporter and searched under Spurs. This was the Fed that I joined. No idea why I picked it over the other Spurs Fed.

Why is the THFC Fed your favourite? Because all of the others are crap. LOL. Not sure. Great people seem to join it all the time. We discuss all things Spurs. Plus the old school fed members are all cool. Besides - in the early days, the more experienced fed members in this fed would always answer my unsolicited mails that I would send them asking silly noob questions.

Any suggestions on how the Fed can be improved? It has a great balance at present. The fed chats could be more active. But then thats probably not going to happen. Maybe the Fed Poker school could be taken further. Maybe TK could organise a FED booze up with ABI doing a guest appearance.....

What other Feds are you a member of and why? Battrick since i play the game. Hattrick college and some tactics experts one since i thought i might learn something and I have not left them once I realised I was wrong!

Why did you become a Spurs supporter? Glenn Hoddle. Ossie Ardiles. I was a young kid who basically fell in love with the way Keith Burkinshaw had us playing.

Favourite current Spurs player? This is so tough. Probably Paul Robinson. He is the best goalie that we have had at the Lane since Clem.

Greatest ever Spurs player? Even harder. I will go for Hoddle due to the fact that he made me support the club.

Worst ever Spurs player? John Chedozie. I hated him. Thing is - he had a career other than Spurs. Does anyone remember Andy Turner. Made 2 or 3 appearances under El Tel. Was tipped to be a star and was last seen caddying for John Chedozie at the local golf course.

Greatest Spurs manager? It would be easy to say Bill Nic - but I was not around then. So I will go for Keith Burkinshaw although Jol could push him close.

Worst Spurs manager? George Graham. Gross comes close but was comical and therefore provided some entertainment. Never before has anyone done as much as George Graham to destroy everything about Spurs.

What has been the high point and low point of the last Spurs season for you? High point was probably Jol becoming manager. We have not looked back since. Low point was the Carling Cup defeat this season. Oh my - we could have won that cup so easily.........

What was the first Spurs match that you saw? (WHL and TV) At WHL - It was a UEFA cup game against Club Brugges I think. Early eighties. In the family section with the Wooden seats and stand.......The first televised game was the 81 Cup final and replay.

What is the most memorable Spurs match you have seen and why? Most memorable game i went to was v Sheff Weds. We lost 3-0. We had our white hankies out before half time waving them around to acknowledge our surrendour. Then the protests afterwards...... Most memorable game on TV was the 84 UEFA Cup final. When Ardiles hit the cross bar I had tears inmy eyes as I thought we had lost. Then when Roberts levelled I was crying with joy. Then the drama of pens........

What was the worst Spurs match you have ever seen? Home to Sheff Weds. We lost 3-0 and Gross was sacked. That televised game in the cup away to Southampton comes close too.

Do you own any Spurs football shirts? What designs? No-not any more. They didnt fit me any more somy wife threw them out.

Favourite Spurs shirt design? The old one from 87 season. classic.

If you could sign any current Premiership player for Spurs who would it be? Either Christiano Ronaldo or Robben. Not exactly an imaginative answer!

If you could sign any current world player for Spurs then who would it be? Ignoring wingers as we have just signed Ronaldo and Robben from the Premiership above - then Pirlo from AC Milan. I would also like to see Cannavaro come to Spurs.  

Do you have a job in real life? What is it? I am a contractor in finance. Not too exciting but it pays the mortgage and keeps my wifes desire for cadburys satisfied.......

What did you do with your spare time, before HT? played a bit of footy, got wasted a lot, played my playstation a lot more than I do now! I had a life until I got a house. Now I have a wife, a dog and hattrick.

Can you tell us about your best and worst day in HT? Best day was getting promotion to iii. It meant a lot. I was in a really tough iv against some more experienced managers who are pretty damn good. And I got promotion to iii above them. Worst day - was probably in my first season in iv. I went MoS because I thought I had a chance and I lost 4-0. I learnt from it though.

What has been the best improvement made to Hattrick and why? Reduction in midfield importance. It has given even the worst side a chance in any game where they really try hard and play the right tactic and the opposition doesnt.

What has been the highlight of the Hattrick season for you? Making it to the cup last 16.

Do you have a favourite Hattrick player and why? (That's an actual player and not manager) Yes. Rober Bull. I wanted to sign him last season but he was listed too high. I then bought a different player and Bull was relisted at a lower price. He moved to another club and then was on the market later in the season. I bought him instantly. He is a 9.5 star former England star with divine experience. Will Young also sent me a mail informing me that he swallows....

Who has been you best recent Hattrick signing and why? Er - I bought some muppet in wk 2 for under £700k who i trained for 1 week and he popped and sold the week after for about £1.1m.

If you had the chance,what one thing would you change in HT? I think the training is way too rigid in hattrick and I would prefer a battrick style training regime. That way a Scorer trainer who pulls a week 1 17yo Inner Mid could keep him to train rather than taking the £2m. The youth system sucks too. Far too random. I would like to be able to develop players in my youth squad before I get to pull them.

Everyone makes a newbie mistake when they start HT, what was yours? I didn't do too badly when I first started. I was in a crap job at the time and I wanted to use up a lot of time so I read every user guide going! I did train passing, winger and gk in my first few weeks. They are not exactly the brightest things to train when you first start!

What position do you train? Have you always trained the same position? I now train scorers. I was a playmaker trainer for many seasons.

If you were giving advice to a new Hattrick player now, what would you say? Join in week 10. Buy every passable or Solid PM on the market with poor or wretched stamina that you can. Pay £667 for a Pass PM with Inad Passing and about £5k for a Solid PM. After 6 or 8 weeks of Stamina training you will be able to sell them all at the start of the new season with Excellent Stamina for over £10k for the passables and £30k for the Solids. Assuming a split of 30/20 - that would give you a cash balance of nearly £1m to get a training plan.

Who has been your HT inspiration? I do not really have one. TK helped me a lot when I first joined this Fed.

Have you had any rivalries with other Hattrick managers? No not really. But Everald at Slaines Bezerkers (iv.2) deserves a special mention. He has many rivalries though.......

Who is the biggest muppet in the Fed and why? ldnfatso. Why? I have never spoken to another HT manager who has been told off for having a team badge! LOL!  

Who has been your inspiration or mentor in Hattrick? I do not really have one. I used to work with a guy who I speak to most days on HT. His team is Poplars Athletic. He joined a few weeks after me and will be returning to IV again next season.

Who makes you laugh in the Hattrick world? (either Fed conference or elsewhere) ldnfatso is always the highest value.

Favourite joke? Wow. Tough question. I'll pick a short one. What is Red and White and hangs from a C*NT? An Arsenal Scarf.

Do you have a favourite football chant that makes you laugh? The one about Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink being just a Fed Eddie Murphy is pretty special. My fav anti-spurs one was the old one about hes only a poor little yiddo, who went into the shelf, he went to the bar - to buy a lager and he only bought one for himself. Not one you hear much nowadays......

What is your favourite Book? It would be Imajica by Clive Barker. Some of Oscar Wildes works are quality though.

What is your favourite TV show? I am not big on tv. Probably Match of the Day. My fav comedy, much to my wifes annoyance is Alf Garnett / In Sickness and In Health / Til Death Us do part despite the fact that he was a hammer. Fav crap TV is Channel 4's O.C. just for the simple fact that it helps pass the time on Sundays before hattrick, has fit birds and is just crap predictable american t.v.

Do you play any other good online games? Er Nope. Just annoying ones like battrick.

Christina Aguilera or Britney Spears in nothing but a Spurs home shirt, you can only have one, who would it be? If it meant that the other one had nothing on at all - either! LOL. Probably Britney. Forget all that 'Im a virgin stuff'. You could always tell the trailor trash side to her. I would suggest that naughty would not be the word!

Best movie of the year? Have not really seen a great one yet.

Best movie of all time? comedies like Kentucky Fried Movie and Freddie Got Fingered have me in tears. Love them.

What was the last album you bought? Good, bad, indifferent?  It was a couple of days ago. A Marvin Gaye one from ebay. My wife lost the last one so I got a replacement. Good.

Favourite band of all time? Kyuss.

Favourite album of all time? Impossible to answer. Maybe Kyuss, Blues for the red sun. K-Solo, Times Up is also pretty special. Both very different.
